Payment Processing:
Payments made through the Nowalk Designs online store are processed by Woo Commerce using the Stripe payment gateway.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards. Available Express Checkout options include: PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, or Woo Pay
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS Standard 3-5 Day. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returns:
Store orders can be returned in an undamaged condition for up to 30 days after the ship date for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. The process for customization requires customer approval of design options prior to manufacture.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Although I make every effort to ensure that orders are sufficiently protected during shipping, sometimes things happen. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping please send a detrailed email to james@nowalkdesigns.com. Be sure to include pictures of the damaged product. You can decide if you would like a full refund or a replacement. NOTE: Since most of my items are made one at a time with varying types of wood, an exact copy might not be possible. In such cases, any necessary design/material changes will be submitted to the customer for approval.
